A BodyTalk Session…

BodyTalk sessions are normally scheduled for 1 hour, however the actual time of the treatment is really down to your body. Most treatments last between 20 – 40 minutes.

The client will lie on a massage couch (or a seat if more comfortable) for the session.

The practitioner uses muscle testing to ask the body questions; following the comprehensive procedures and protocols. This involves gently pulling or pushing the arm of the client. We are establishing the priority links of the client through our questions.

Once we have a complete ’set’ of priorities to be applied, we may place hands on the areas being addressed (as directed) to give focus to the link. The practitioner then taps the clients head and heart complex (sternum) gently to re-establish the communication.

The next link then established and tapped, until the client’s body indicates that there are no further priorities for this session.

At the end of each session, the practitioner will ask your body when it would be appropriate to have the next BodyTalk session. This is a guide to make sure your body is working at its own pace, hence not overloading itself and hindering progress.

Sometimes clients choose to come back earlier – it is up to the client. We advise them to come back when suggested if they want to see rapid progress. Or, of course, if circumstances have changed – for example they have an accident.
